The same product exported to England has a different composition than the one for France and unfortunately the translation on both boxes mentions the same dosage! However, the high content it contains causes photosensitivity in the eyes and skin and requires attention to the dosage.
Personally, I decided to prefer omega 3 fatty acids in my case and I take omegazon. It helps me have a more stable cycle during my period and feel less pain.
