For menopause insomnia, it is very effective. With 40 drops in a little water, which is also the highest dose one can take, taking it a little before bedtime helps to prevent interrupted and restless sleep. The taste is unpleasant, like drinking grass, but in order to fall asleep, you tolerate it. The problem is with allergic individuals, as oats are a strong allergen and it has affected me a lot. However, despite it affecting me, I still continue to use it because it is the only product that has helped me. It takes at least 2 weeks to start working effectively, so give it some time.
