I have been using the machine for shaving my head for 5.5 months. For a while, I could get 2 shaves with one charge, but for sure, for the past couple of months, the head gets stuck quite often when I pass it over the skin and it feels like it has lost its cutting ability. It doesn't shave well above the ears no matter how many passes I make. I don't know if it's my fault, but it really takes up to 50 passes in some areas (like the back of the head and the line connecting the top of the head to the sides) to get the job done. It is so bad in terms of usage that I use up the entire battery for just one shave now, even if I haven't shaved for only 2 days.
