The book you are holding in your hands fully corresponds to the new Analytical Study Program of Biology for the 1st grade of General High School and was written with the aim of being a useful tool for the student, so that they can check their knowledge at any time, as well as for the educator, with the prospect of using it in their work for the evaluation of the students. For this reason - through questions, answers, exercises, and tests - emphasis has been placed on both the structure and function of the individual organs and systems of the human body, as well as their relationship between structure and function.

Furthermore, the role of functions and the impact of factors related to the environment and the individual's lifestyle in maintaining their health have been thoroughly analyzed. Specifically, the book includes:
