I have made many purchases... I would say very many through the internet from Greece and abroad (hundreds perhaps) I believe I managed to find the worst purchase combined with terrible representative behavior and service. I can't find a single positive aspect in the entire transaction from the shipping, the delivery time, the poor quality of the product, the terrible image, the unacceptable duration for accepting the defect of receipt and return of the product, without any updates for over a month and as a final result a television that takes time to respond to the keyboard commands until it warms up (after 5 to 6 seconds from pressing it receives the command initially) and with a picture quality that I haven't seen again not even in the black and white ones we had in the past. Although I have heard various positive things about this particular company, it is a reason for me never to order again in my life TCL

First smart TV I bought and I thought the picture was good until I saw an LG TV that I bought for my parents. It has very good sound, the menu is not the easiest, and no matter what settings I adjust, it has too much brightness and the resolution gets worse the more I tilt it. The Play Store doesn't have many apps, like F1TV... With almost the same amount of money or a little more, I would have bought something much better

I bought this particular TV two days ago for the bedroom. I wasn't crazy about the image quality, but with some color adjustments, the situation improved. The menu is easy to use. It's perfect for bedroom use for me. I don't want anything special. The remote control is long and large in size. For the sleep timer, you have to go through 2 and 3 menus to activate it

A failed purchase at 160 €, based on falsely advertised features. It claims to have 2 USB inputs while it only has 1 (i.e. if you have a wireless mouse, forget about anything else). That it has PVR recording but it doesn't. That it has mirror cast but it doesn't. It doesn't even have picture freeze (to temporarily freeze the image and resume later). False product descriptions should be avoided as they raise questions about the platform's credibility. Compared to the same price level F&U TV I had before, TCL falls short in everything (picture, menu, capabilities) except for sound which is marginally better. And while it may not disappoint as a bedroom TV for watching a program or NETFLIX, for the same money, a better device can be purchased.

After a year of having this TV, I am quite disappointed as all streaming platforms such as Disney, Amazon, Netflix, etc. do not work properly and have a crazy delay, resulting in their functionality not being possible. It is probably due to the TV's processor, I don't know, but I had to put a TV box in order to be able to use its smart functions. I regret not spending a little more money to buy a Samsung or LG.

I bought it for the bedroom. The big issue (which may not be a problem for many) is that it has a light bulb in the center and at night when I sleep, I want complete darkness and it bothers me a lot. I can't cover it with tape or anything else because then the remote control doesn't work... so every time I go to sleep, I have to get up and put things in front of the TV. It's very inconvenient...
It has good picture quality with good black levels when playing movies with dark scenes. The sound is also very good. The menu is okay. If the light doesn't bother you, it's definitely worth the money

It is the best value for money for a bedroom TV. Good construction, strong and clear sound, and good image quality for its resolution. The operating system is full Android TV with some TCL apps (which offer nothing more than some unknown series and movies). Channel navigation is done through an app on Android TV. The indicator light can be turned off from the settings so as not to disturb when it is closed at night. I use it in the bedroom for Cosmote TV and Netflix.

As for its negatives, for which I deducted one star:
-It does not have 5 GHz wifi, but 2.4. Nevertheless, I have not noticed any freezes as its low resolution reduces demands.
-It has a small RAM, resulting in it being a bit slow at times in response. For this reason, I think there are sometimes freezes in applications that do not open and require a restart. To solve this, I disabled fast startup in the options so that memory is not loaded (with slow startup, it takes about 40 seconds to open).
-Sometimes the Cosmote TV application "crashes" a few seconds after the TV starts and the only way to recover and open it is to restart the TV. I do not know if the application or the TV is to blame for this, but I suspect the TV, as it does not happen to me on any other device.

Despite its negatives, for the price and overall performance, I would not expect anything better, so I am completely satisfied.

After 3 months of use, the TV is worth the 160€ for a bedroom TV. It's great for Android TV and has never frozen on me. Kodi works perfectly, as does the WiFi and Netflix. However, for someone unfamiliar with Android TV, like parents, it may be difficult to use. The picture and sound are good for the price, with slightly intense colors on Digea channels, but there are many settings to adjust it to your liking. There is a slight delay when changing channels. Personally, I bought it as a second TV and because it's Android TV, I have had no problems with Kodi, Megaoot, Netflix, or screen mirroring. For a second TV at this price, I am very satisfied.

You get what you pay for, of course, but if it doesn't do what it promises, you can't enjoy it.

Pros: It is connected to any Bluetooth headphones at home and more. It is a good size for the bedroom. It is a cheap solution and almost value for money. The sound is average, but it doesn't bother me because I use Bluetooth headphones and it's perfect.

Cons: When the TV is turned on, it takes a long time to respond to remote control commands. Slow channel switching. Only one remote control, and it is of poor quality and quite difficult to use (I bought 2 backups). The menu and settings are mixed up and require a lot of familiarity. There is no button for a timer shutdown, and you have to go through 3-4 menus to set a timer. Only one USB port (use a hub). It required an upgrade (you need a USB stick), and it is done through the USB port. After the upgrade, it either didn't connect or didn't load YouTube-Netflix, or it disconnected after a while (nerve-wracking). Fortunately, the situation has improved a bit.

Good evening, I bought this specific television for use in the bedroom, already having a 49-inch smart TV in the living room from a well-known company. I chose an affordable product with Android capabilities. At the beginning, the television reminded me of a 90s television with "snow" without any picture adjustments. After adjusting and activating HDR, the picture improved significantly. There is indeed a significant delay in channel switching and overall responsiveness of the television to commands. In terms of the smart aspect, I am admittedly satisfied. It works on WiFi from a distance of 5-6 meters and with the bedroom door closed, Android allows you to uninstall some unwanted applications (Chinese) and add others. It's not exactly like a phone in terms of the range of applications you can add. Overall, for the money, I consider it a good value for a smart TV. Of course, we will see its durability as both a TV and a smart device, if it offers these services for five years without any problems, then we have succeeded.

I mainly got it for gaming. So I haven't even put an antenna on it, so I can't speak about the quality on regular channels. For gaming (ps4), it's great for the price. It has better details and colors in HDR compared to another brand I have in the living room, which was also more expensive. It connects to the internet without any problems. The television was purchased for the price of €165. As soon as I picked up the box, I wondered if there was really a television inside: it was so light. As for the construction, it seems good, the picture is also good and the sound-personally covers me. The viewing is good regardless of the angle and the menu did not create any problems for me. I have no opinion on the tuning because the television is used exclusively for Cosmote TV and Netflix. Familiar and ergonomic environment thanks to Android. Sometimes there is a delay in the remote control commands but nothing too annoying. Overall, a very good purchase. I don't think I would find anything better for this money. I will definitely look at TCL televisions for future purchases.

I think we have a classic case of value for money here. I bought it at a very good price (165€) for a second, very nice picture for the money I spent, although I struggled a bit because I decided to play with the settings and messed them up, forcing me to reset to factory settings. My advice is not to mess with the screen settings if you don't know exactly what to do. It connects to the internet without any problem. It is relatively slow in software, but for this money it is something I expected
