Did you find this review helpful?Owner of Plantronics 55, unfortunately the company seems to have closed, I don't know, so I had to find something similar in terms of ear placement and I decided to try this one.
It has a hook that holds the ear and the inner rubber is not the one that goes inside the ear, so you can hear everything that's happening. Very good fit, it doesn't come off!
It connects very easily to the mobile phone and the connection when it's closed is 1-2 seconds.
I can hear very well on the call and I have never had a complaint from the caller that they can't hear me well. I should mention that when it's windy, it has a disadvantage that it doesn't have good noise reduction, so it makes noise for the caller.
One downside I could find is the power button, it's very small and you need nails to open and close it... Of course, once you open it or don't close it at all, it closes by itself. When you want to turn it on after it has been closed, you press the central button (the one that answers the call) once and it turns on and connects automatically and immediately.
It has buttons to increase and decrease the volume.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the battery life as well. Even though I have it on my ear almost all day and talk quite a bit, it lasts perfectly.

So, before switching to the Creative Outlier Air V2, I tried them out wanting exclusive use for calls and wearing them all day. They never fit well in my ear. There was no way I could have them in my ear all the time. I was afraid they would fall out, with or without the hook. It was even more difficult to have them out of my ear and try to put them on before answering a call. The 0-1 switch is in completely the wrong place, which is inconvenient to have it in your ear and be able to activate it at that time to answer (as we used to easily do with Plantronics). Very low volume, in an outdoor space I simply couldn't hear the caller, but maybe it was the application I have for calls because I had a similar issue with the Creative Outlier Air V2 later, but there it improved after I reset the default settings in the damn application for calls and then switched back to the one I wanted.
