A few words for those who know and those who do not know.
The product literally kills if applied CORRECTLY, and I emphasize that. It is quite expensive, but it is worth every penny if applied correctly.
To help most of you who may not know and to prevent you from being fooled, pay attention to the following before purchasing and applying it.
First step, you need to clean the terrace very well. Second step, you need to apply the primer first (Aquadur), which requires 200 grams per square meter. After applying the primer and depending on the weather conditions, if it is winter, it needs more than 7-8 hours, if it is summer, four hours. Then, you apply the HYPERDESMO, which requires 1.4kg to 1.6kg per meter, depending on the surface area. For example, if the terrace is in good condition, use 1.4kg, if it is full of potholes and worn out, use 1.6kg. Apply one coat and after 19 to 24 hours, apply the second coat. If anyone wants, they can also use the varnish (which, for me, is necessary) (Hyperdesmo ady-e and Hyperdesmo ady-500). And truly, until the building collapses, you will not need to deal with the terrace again.
Because many construction companies use material but only apply 1kg per meter to save costs, you need to be careful with the offers you receive and the kilograms they tell you. So, with a simple example, for a 100m terrace, you will need 150kg and 20kg of primer.
The material is truly the best, it just requires proper application.

The specific product was applied in combination with a primer (Microsealer) recommended by the same company (Alchimica) on a bituminous membrane with granules. Despite the good adhesion and application of the material, the surface yellowed in less than a week. All manufacturer's instructions were followed for the application of the material under the specified conditions. The company, despite witnessing the problem on-site, refused to consider the yellowing of the surface within the warranty, as the adhesion of the material was deemed good, despite the fact that yellowing reduces the thermal insulation capacity of the material (due to decreased reflection of solar radiation). Furthermore, instead of addressing the problem as they should, the company insisted on selling me additional material (whitening varnish) to fix the issue that arose from either a mistake or a possible incorrect combination of the initial materials they recommended. The company's denial of responsibility (Alchimica) continued even after the problem was identified, as they did not respond to my messages seeking a solution.
