I have had these headphones for 3 years now, very good headphones with a pretty good sound and relatively good quality. They have fallen about 20 times but they have never broken. As for the negatives, let's start with the fact that the microphone is not the best and the bass could use a little more boost. After 3 years, the sound has not deteriorated in the headphones but the case has. They do not charge easily and they need to be placed in a specific position for charging. Also, even the slightest sudden movement of the case will stop them from charging. Now, these are unnecessary things to say since they have been fighters for 3 years. Overall, my experience with these headphones has left me fully satisfied.

Within the first semester of my purchase, it presented many problems. The connection on my phone was difficult and annoying from the beginning, with me having to put them in and take them out of the case for them to work. Also, many times the Bluetooth remained connected after I put them in the case. A few months later, the sound had problems when I put the phone in my pocket, far away, or in an outdoor area. It is possible that my model had some damage and I would have taken it for repair if I wasn't going to get a new one anyway. Apart from the technical problems, the sound and especially the battery were very good.

The only complaint I have is that after hours, when I take them out of the case to use them, they usually don't turn on and I have to put them back in and take them out again

Regarding the sound, it is very, very good. Correct treble and bass, vocals are very clear, you can hear everything and distinguish each sound individually. I would say, apart from very good sound, it is also very "organized"! You listen to music at a very high level for earbuds in this category. It pleasantly surprises you and makes you feel like you have something very expensive in your ears.
In comparisons, they have performed equally to much more expensive headphones.
For calls, you can hear and be heard loudly and clearly without interference from surrounding sounds!
