USAGE

1. Put on the disposable underwear from the legs towards the toilet, as you would put on regular underwear, with the adhesive side facing backwards.
2. Secure it high towards the waist, to achieve a good fit in the crotch area. Smooth out the gathers at the waist, so that it fits snugly against the body.
3. When you want to change the underwear, tear the two side seams, from the waist downwards. Open the underwear and remove it carefully.
4. As you remove it from your body, wrap it up carefully and close it with the adhesive.
5. Dispose responsibly in a trash bin.
