For me, who suffers from seasonal hair loss (fall-spring), and for my 22-year-old son who started experiencing male pattern baldness, it did a good job. For me, the hair loss completely stopped, and for him, it slowed down. I know that baldness will eventually occur, but it seems to be holding him off for now. Tip: Prefer the soft gel capsule packaging, rather than the plain capsules. The soft gels don't have such a strong smell, they are smaller, and they are easier to swallow.   Drinking enough water and with CONSISTENT use (I emphasize this because supplements require consistency and patience to see results):

  After 2 weeks: the hair visibly stops falling out and breaking during brushing, compared to before.

  After 1 month: the hair looks healthier, when you tie it into a ponytail you feel more volume, the curls are more defined.

  I have seasonal intense hair loss. It helped a lot! I have been using it for almost 6 years and apart from the hair loss, I noticed a difference in my skin and nails! And in general in my body. The capsule is big but easy to swallow. For me, because it feels heavy in my stomach, I take it every other day. I had no side effects from the pills, and it also does not contain iodine.

  It has all the ingredients needed for hair loss, compared to other products. However, it lacks a sufficient amount of biotin. The best one after Perfectil, which I don't take because it contains iodine. Its smell is awful. It made my entire bathroom cabinet smell, even with the packaging closed.
