It entered a 90sqm office space with 7 people on a permanent basis. It comfortably covers at 25C with an external temperature of 30-32C. I have no doubt that it will work very well even in the 40s that are coming. Quiet. If it didn't have lights, I wouldn't realize it's working. The same goes for the external unit.
