Excellent flour, easy to handle, I use it almost daily and it makes incredible bread..... the whole wheat flour is accepted by the body with great pleasure and a small quantity is enough to satisfy you, without making you feel bloated. I remember the homemade bread in the village, with this flour I finally eat bread.... Of course, it requires our respect, meaning you have to store it in a cool and sun-free place, and not let it go stale...... It has helped me a lot in maintaining a good metabolism, I no longer have cravings, I love it, it is the foundation of our family's diet!
