The size of the plug is only for an electric pump and not for hand, double or single action pumps, they have a larger plug.

I bought it because I had it for the sup, but I wanted to inflate other things as well.

With a patent and without causing damage, you can place the short plug for the sup on the side of the pump (upside down) (you don't screw it, you just place it and hold it) and on the other end, the plugs you want for the inflatables.
