It's good for someone to do other things to relieve stress, you can't rely only on cannabis, neither on xanax, nor on stilnox and so on. It also takes an effort from us to relax.
The thing is that it's certain that this package has the quantity it says, it's of good quality, it worked for me and I have SERIOUS NERVES, not a joke, tension in the jaw, neck, head, a bad tension with pain, I can't sleep, I wake up and can't move my legs.
Of course, if you guys have even more intense nerves, consult a doctor about the dosage.
Up to 55 mg per day is quite safe, anything over 75, it's good to have the supervision of a specialist who knows cannabis.
Before this, I took a CBD oil, 15 ml 5%, I didn't feel anything, I took 4 drops three times a day, it didn't do anything for me. At 45-55 mg, I found the right dosage for me.
