The Nature's Plus Source of Life Gold is a formula that contains a plethora of nutrients. With 56 different natural ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, bioflavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids, enzymes, nucleic acids (RNA, DNA), chlorophyll, spirulina, and ginseng, it provides all the essential nutrients for a balanced life without nutritional deficiencies.

It includes, among other things, ocean algae, microalgae, and organic medicinal mushrooms, fruits, super-fruits, and nuts, omega fatty acids, and a blend of probiotics and natural enzymes that aid in the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal system. Additionally, the formula is enriched with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, for the health of bones and blood.

    First time I bought these vitamins 8 years ago. Back then, for some reason, I considered them expensive (I didn't realize that I was buying 90 tablets, meaning a 3-month supply). They are by far the best vitamins I have ever taken. Specifically, during a period when I started a diet, I showed them to my nutritionist and after reading the details, he told me that they are very good in every aspect and that he has never seen a product "offer" what these offer. You can see a difference after 2 weeks (at least I did). They are quite large, so if someone has swallowing issues, they should consider it. Taste-wise, they are neutral. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

    Guys, the capsules are huge and hard, they are bulky. I am a man and I break them into pieces to swallow them. Now, if they work for energy boost, etc... I believe it's all in the mind, so just take a simple multivitamin supplement, it's better and cheaper. Just know that swallowing them is literally very difficult!!! Have a good summer :)
