Of course, you should know that the degrees go in half-degree increments. For example, for a myopia of 2.75, you will go to the nearest lower degree, which is 2.5.

I have 3.25 and 2.75, and I ended up with 0.25 in both eyes, but the deviation is small, so there is no problem.
