Yes, it relaxes you and puts you to sleep in about 20 minutes and you think it works great, I will sleep and everything will be okay, and then after 1.5 hours you wake up from nightmares and you are refreshed and stay awake for the rest of the night trying to fall asleep again before the alarm goes off and you feel all the drowsiness and the desire for sleep 5 minutes before the alarm goes off and it drives you crazy......no, I don't want it....it's rubbish

I have been using it for years, whenever I need it. It doesn't make me sleepy, it just helps me relax. For mild stress situations, I think it helps quite a bit.

I bought it because I have anxiety and I grind my teeth in my sleep to the point of causing damage to my teeth. I have been using it for about 1 month. It is NOT hypnotic, it does not cause sleepiness for me. What it offers (at least for me) is quality, uninterrupted sleep and slightly more intense dreams. You can feel the difference in the morning, that you have had enough sleep, so you are calmer during the day. I deducted one star because the smell of the capsule before swallowing is awful.

I tried it before bedtime for the first time to see how effective it is. However, it does absolutely nothing!

I got it for the midday nap that I suddenly lost after many years, due to insomnia (and if I don't sleep at noon, I drag myself the rest of the day). One pill does nothing. When I took 2, it helped me sleep, but afterwards, I felt like I was drugged for the rest of the day. It might help for the night (with 2 pills always, at least for me), but at night I take half a sleeping pill and I'm fine.
