Description

Dietary supplement with plant-based glucosamine through a special fermentation process that contributes to the maintenance of healthy joints and bones.

Dosage

  • 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
  • Absorption time: Less than 1 hour.

Precautions:

  • Glucosamine HCl 660mg
  • Providing Glucosamine base 548mg

Other ingredients: Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Stearic Acid.

    With an order placed at the end of June 2021, the product had an expiration date in August 2021. Note that it contains 120 tablets, which means it can be used for 4 months, but it expires in two. I believe they wanted to get rid of the leftover product on the shelf.

    I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for a long time because I have a serious knee problem from an accident. So far, I have tried glucosamine sulfate. However, it contains Sodium and raises blood pressure, which is an issue for me. Those of you who buy glucosamine sulfate for people with such a problem should know this. Additionally, many glucosamine sulfate products smell like rotten crabs because they come from shellfish. If the smell doesn't bother you, it's okay.

    Hydrochloride glucosamine does not have these issues. It is plant-based and manufactured in the laboratory, as far as I know.

    As for effectiveness, I don't know for sure at the moment. However, glucosamine probably saved me from knee arthroplasty because the pain may not completely go away when I walk, but it is tolerable. What can we do? We were lucky.
