Since I started using it twice a day, I haven't had a single pimple again. The result is not immediate, from what I remember it took me three to four days to see progress
I give it 4 stars only because it doesn't absorb very quickly. Other than that, it does what it promises and the price is great! It worked well on my oily skin, unlike La Roche Posay which caused breakouts after the first application. I have been using Garnier for 40 days now, once a day, and I have seen a tremendous difference as shown in the photos. Of course, I also use the corresponding day gel/cream which is also excellent. The bottle hasn't run out yet, you can't imagine. I will definitely buy it again.
P.S.
Unfortunately, a few days after the review, I started getting breakouts again. It's a big disappointment and a shame that I bought a second bottle. The breakouts got worse and I started getting internal ones that I hadn't had for months. Maybe it worked miracles at first, but then I don't know what went wrong. Now I will try the Frezyderm acne series and we'll see.
On oily skin, I broke out in pimples! Age 40, no acne problems until now! What a shame... of course, I didn't continue it.
It indeed gives a nice, natural shine, but don't choose it for very oily skin. Otherwise, apply it on its own, without moisturizer afterwards.

Amazing and one of the few of its kind that has pure vitamin C. It is easily absorbed, leaves a velvety sensation, and you can apply it as often as you want. An moisturizing, anti-aging, or anti-wrinkle cream on top is ideal. It is also the perfect serum to use 3 times a day after dermapen and microneedling sessions!
One of the best vitamin C creams. It is absorbed immediately, does not stick to the skin, leaves it velvety, has no scent, and does not oxidize. I have had it for a while and its white color has not changed. It also contains niacinamide, which is super. Truly, the face shines and has even skin tone. And it is super affordable! It is an exfoliating serum, not vitamin C, which is present in a very small percentage in the product. If used twice a day, it can dry out the skin relatively. I believe it is great for young oily acne-prone skin because salicylic acid works well, but that's about it, it cannot be considered a vitamin C product. Overall, it's okay for its price, it absorbs easily, has a nice scent, and didn't cause any irritation. But I don't think I saw any dramatic results with its use. Of course, I don't have any major issues on my face, but I expected something more. I would say maybe it gave a little more brightness, smoothing the overall tone of the face, but that's about it. Once it's finished, I would prefer to invest a little more and get something more intensive/specialized like vitamin C. Anyway, for its price, it's okay but that's about it.

As for the comments about red marks when you apply it, it is logical, it is the action of vitamin C that creates them, but they disappear after a while :)
I have been using it for 2 months every morning and I haven't seen any difference in discoloration and blemishes. It is natural after all, as it contains very little vitamin C (around 1%). It does leave a nice feeling on the face and absorbs easily. I suggest spending an extra €10 to get something with a higher percentage of vitamin C from a reliable company for faster results!
