The box helped me a lot. I believe that we all have deficiencies in B vitamins and I take it 2-3 times a year.
The only negative thing about it is the smell... you feel like it has expired and it smells bad, and that's where this product loses a lot. Otherwise, I saw a difference and I can see it from the moment a doctor introduced me to Lamperts B12, which he knows for its effectiveness. I've been taking it (Lamperts) for days now and it feels like I'm not taking B12 at all... while with this one, you feel the difference, why? Because it's not just B12, it also has vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, iron, and more... I suppose all these are needed for proper absorption because maybe B12 alone is not enough... If you haven't tried it, take it once for a test.
I had to take only 2 tablets and I couldn't take it anymore because it has a terrible taste and smell! I thought you swallow it and it's all over, but no! My breath smelled awful all day long, just like when you open the package, and because of this, I constantly felt nauseous... Additionally, after taking the pill, even my urine smelled terrible. For comparison and to see if it's the same with all B complex vitamins, I tried tablets from another brand and the smell is much better, without having bad odor all day. However, for those wondering, I checked the expiration date and it hadn't passed.

It is truly the best vitamin I have taken so far. I bought it for my exams and I can say that the results were amazing. The only downside that may bother people is the smell. At least I didn't have any issue. Very good vitamin. I highly recommend it!
