I decided to buy this probiotic because after taking many antibiotics my gut was destroyed. I tried it for over 40 days but unfortunately I didn't see any difference.

Having experimented with many probiotics, this is the only one that I actually saw results from on the first day for sensitive stomach. Of course, this doesn't mean that you can eat whatever you want and then take the magic pill afterwards. Combined with a proper diet, it's like I don't have a problem at all. I have tried other products from this brand, they are of high quality and deliver what they promise.

Very good probiotic supplement from a reputable supplements company. I have been using it for several months, taking it 1-2 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach. Probiotics are very important for the proper functioning of the intestine, and the intestine, in turn, plays a very important role in overall human health (according to Hippocrates, all diseases start in the intestine). This particular supplement has 10 different strains and 25 billion bacteria per pill (keep in mind that approximately 1/3 has died over time in the bottle, and out of the remaining, half will be killed by stomach acid). If someone consumes pickles and other fermented foods, they do not need any probiotic supplement (consider that, for example, 10 grams of sauerkraut have approximately 45-60 billion good bacteria!)

WARNING:
As soon as you open the box for the first time, it should be immediately placed in the refrigerator. This is clearly stated in the English instructions, but it has not been translated into Greek! In general, all probiotics and all oils (e.g. Omega-3) should always be kept in the refrigerator after the first opening.
