Instructions for Use

Spray over the perineal area whenever you feel discomfort. 

Use it immediately after childbirth and as often as you deem necessary. 

It can be stored in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.

    Finally, I didn't need to use it much. I applied it 1-2 times and I did feel some relief because it cooled the area quite a bit, but I didn't feel enough discomfort to use it frequently. However, it seemed to leave the area quite wet, which bothered me and that's why I'm deducting one star.

    Perfect, a lifesaver after childbirth! It helped a lot with the pain and itching in the area with frequent application (after every toilet use). They should give it in the maternity ward like they do with a similar product in other countries
