I just received it and started using it. Out of my two cats, the one who loves faucets started drinking non-stop. The other one looked puzzled and left. It operates with electricity, it doesn't stop on its own (you simply unplug it), unless the water runs out I suppose. The instructions are not helpful on how it will work, if you haven't used something similar before. Luckily, if you watch a video of a similar water dispenser, you understand it immediately.

For the price, it's fine. It needs relatively frequent filter changes, which doesn't do a very good job, and the pump needs periodic cleaning, but overall I have no complaints.

That means if they hear water, they want to go and drink more. With the fountain, they don't stop drinking water and they stopped drinking from the pool. It sounds slightly like a small pond. I clean it with vinegar every two days so it doesn't have any salt. It only makes noise if you haven't put enough water in it so that it comes out of the fountain. Easy installation. Also, I get the filters for it from SHEIN. I tried it to see if they would drink water and I will switch to a metal one because plastic is not the best material. However, for its price, it is excellent

The cat played a little, the fountain is a bit low but maybe it's better because it doesn't splash (it has a very soft flow). However, it's a shame that it doesn't include the plug end (the plug?) it only has the USB cable which is not very long... for its price it's ok, you just need to buy a cheap adapter if you don't have an old one... you can't switch it with your phone. Also, it didn't have clear instructions inside, it didn't have the big paper I see in some photos but a small one that doesn't say anything substantial

I have 7 cats and 4 of them are addicted to it. They drink from there all the time, even though I have a supplementary container next to it, and if the fountain is turned off, they just wait until we open it! The other 3 cats drink from both containers depending on their mood. I have had it for about 5 months and its performance has decreased. The flow is low, and in the past few days, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The issue lies in the pump. Even though there is a filter, it is not enough on its own. Cat hairs will pass through the container and during the water recycling process, they will accumulate and get tangled in the rotor (the little propeller inside the pump), eventually obstructing its movement and causing the pump to stop working. The photo shows how many hairs have accumulated, even though I change the water almost every day and the filter every month. I cleaned it with a toothpick and paper, turned it on, and it's like the first day! These pumps have a lifespan of 15,000-20,000 operating hours, assuming there are no manufacturing issues. Before you decide to throw away the product because it stopped working or is malfunctioning, take the time to open it and clean the pump. It only takes 5 minutes. Also, in the photo, you can't see another component that is between the rotor and the lid and has a sliding switch that regulates the water flow. If this switch is pulled all the way, it completely shuts off the flow of water. So even if you don't turn on the pump, you need to be careful because during external cleaning of the pump, the switch may turn and the water won't flow.

The worst thing is that it comes without a USB charger, the water doesn't come out evenly after two months of use, it makes a lot of noise, and the clip that fastens it breaks easily. I cleaned it properly and only used bottled water, believe me... stay away, spend about 30 and get something better like the adpet brand. In the video, I present it as soon as I received it without reading the instructions thoroughly, so I will consider it easy to assemble. It comes with 2 filters, but if you use bottled water, I think they last a long time and are compatible with the scrub.
