    Basically, I bought the 30 for 9 euros, which is not worth a huge plastic package with 30 "lenses" at the bottom... you might say, does it work? Well, for me, after a few days of taking them, after I stopped taking the healtaid b50 complex, I think some symptoms of deficiencies and some other symptoms I had started... I don't know if they helped others... but I consider it a worthwhile opinion to have tried other brands to see the difference, rather than just saying it outright..
