After one year of operation, it did not heat uniformly, and it definitely had a power leakage... in a communication I had with the service, they did not help me at all... so stay away

After three years of use, and not continuous, only half of the blanket works! When I asked the company, they told me that since the remote controls are not a problem, nothing can be done! It simply needs to be thrown away!! How is it possible for such an expensive mattress topper!

In three years without washing, it is implied. I suppose it's from the folding during storage!!! Or from the wear and tear during operation, but I cannot accept it as one of the company's expensive products. It should have been more durable. Another downside is that you can feel the resistance. I don't know if I will buy Imetec again, their premium model is priced at 120€, or if I should go for the equivalent Beuer model at 110€

I have been using this product for many years. I have two for a single bed for 6 years and one for a double bed for 4 years. We put them on the bed from October until spring. They have really been worth their money. And after 6 years, specifically yesterday, one of the single ones stopped working.

I do not have much experience to know if other models perform better, but this one heats up incredibly fast and a lot. I always turned it off before going to sleep.. but I didn't like the fit on the mattress because it was creaking and you could feel it under the sheet. Maybe this is why after 2 winters, one side stopped working.

It was purchased 4 years ago and still works perfectly.
Especially one side (mine), due to a problem in the middle, relieves me and so it works all night (regardless of the heat) so as you can understand, it has worked double the hours.
The value of Imetec in mattress toppers is priceless !!!!
P.S We don't even bother to wash it in the washing machine (forget what the manufacturer says), because they will ruin it from the start.
Simply, it goes under the fitted sheet and under the mattress cover (which is regularly changed) and thus, it doesn't get dirty.

After a year of use, the mattress was not functioning. I couldn't find the receipt to contact the store for a replacement, so I went to the company where they found that the mattress had a problem (not the mechanism), they fixed it in half an hour, and I paid €27. Undoubtedly, it is not worth its money. In hindsight, I regretted fixing it. I don't know if it was worth the trouble. My mother has the Izzy, which has been working for four years without any issues. I have been using the Greek-made double Dream (the basic one) for three years with a 5-year warranty, and it is very good.

I bought an Imetec mattress topper 2 years and 10 days ago for use only during Christmas, as I had it in the village and it cost 39 euros. When I tried to plug it in, the control thermostat didn't work, and to buy a new one... the dealership asked me for 30 euros...!!!
