Four first-year high school students, four different characters - Antonia, Irene, Alekos, and Haris - star in a treasure hunt, a bit different from the usual... It is a treasure of their grandfather, but no one knows what it is. The children's search will start from a random discovery of a photograph, which will lead them to a great adventure in the streets of Kalamata! Will this determined group manage to uncover the secret hidden in the photograph?

Nice book. My 10-year-old son read it and he just told me that he would like more pages. On average, the other books he reads are 200-250 pages. This one was only 100.
I was a little worried for my daughter (10 years old) that the children's book might be too difficult for her to read, but she was thrilled. She even liked the historical setting of the adventure. She read it non-stop. Now my younger daughter (7 years old) is reading it, and then it will be my turn because it sparked my curiosity.
Amazing book! My 9-year-old daughter read it in one breath. Truly a very nice writing style, it reveals the research that has been done before writing the book. It teaches without a didactic tone, as if knowledge is all around us and just waiting for us to absorb it. I think it is aimed at all children aged 8-14.
It kept us alert throughout the reading and took us back to our childhood years!!
Very good illustration!!
What keeps you when you hold the book in your hands is the combination of adventure and historical knowledge it offers. The writing is vivid, in some parts (for us adults) it creates a nostalgia for our own school years, but it is well adapted to the elements of our time and touches on the everyday lives of children (avoiding, of course, the mundane aspects of a student's daily life, such as studying, tutoring, and excessive use of social media). Finally, especially if someone is from the area where the adventure takes place, the author makes a good depiction of the city. Special mention should also be made for the illustrator, as they add extra liveliness and depict the landscapes, as well as the characters, in a very reliable way!
A beautiful adventure of a group of children that, besides conveying the message of friendship, love for learning, and solidarity towards those in need, also captures the atmosphere of an earlier era that still has much to teach us!
Extremely interesting for both young and older ones!
A book that should be found in every children's library, and not only!
Very beautiful story, very good illustration!
