After a recommendation from a nutritionist that it helps with symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, in the 5 days that I started consuming the juice, I began to feel pains on the right and left side of my abdomen. I stopped consuming it (and the next day the pains mostly stopped as well). After examinations, it seemed that my intestine had spasms - without making any other changes to my diet. I don't know if it works for others, but consult your doctor before consuming this juice. I do not recommend it.
