My screen had a bleeding light issue after about 1 month. I contacted Asus, who said they would replace the screen. We went through the whole process, and today I found out that I paid for a new product and they will replace it with a used refurbished one, which of course I do not accept. It goes without saying that I will file a complaint. It is not acceptable to pay for a new product and receive a refurbished one after 1 month.
