In the work "Termination of Indefinite Time Dependent Employment Contract" there is a critical presentation and a first approach to the changes that occur with the recent Law 4808/2021 in a series of provisions of the law on termination of indefinite time dependent employment contract, especially regarding the burden of proof of invalidity and the consequences of invalidity. The book, which complements the publication of the monograph "Termination of Employment Contract" (2020), aims to be a useful tool in legal theory and practice by identifying and highlighting the critical issues that have arisen with recent legislative changes.
