Very aesthetically pleasing but not at all stable compared to the previous one I had. The house is beautiful and the cats love it. They don't go to the upper level, unlike the old one where they would constantly lounge. I believe it's due to the stability and much smaller surface area. It is not suitable for slightly larger cats. Lastly, the fabric material is not the usual "furry" type but a bit more "curly" which makes the cats sharpen their claws on it, so I don't think it will last long before it tears.
