Good bottle for the cost, made of safe plastic. The valve comes out easily by pulling it with your teeth without needing much force, and for convenience it can remain open without leaking water. Although I have used it very little so far, it causes an unpleasant taste alteration in the water, and I have the impression that it is not the fault of the bottle but of the lid with the valve. I hope this strange taste will disappear completely with use and washing, otherwise it will go in the trash. The opening of the bottle when unscrewing the lid is very narrow, if someone wants to fill it with isotonic drinks, etc., the dosing spoon or a soup spoon fits with difficulty without spilling powder, and if someone wants to put ice cubes, they will have to make very small ones (or break them) to fit into the bottle. The same applies to the 500ml version, as I bought both to fit on the bike (one horizontally and one vertically). Unfortunately, I did not check them before buying and I will probably replace both bottles soon due to the small opening they have, which bothers me every time I fill them with the isotonic measure and put ice cubes. If the water did not smell bad and had a slightly larger opening to fill easily with the dosing spoon or ice cubes, it would be an excellent bottle. Now it will probably end up being recycled.
