It's a shame, honestly, my money. On the 5th use, the steam broke. I didn't find them worth 150 euros.

They gave it to me as a gift and it's really a shame for the money, when they could have bought a steampod with just 100 more. The company is trying to make a failed copy, the steam works whenever it remembers and it even burns the hair with thermal protection... Btw my hair is in its natural color, so much trouble is not justified even with the first use. Not to mention that they don't allow me to return it because I used it. But how will I know if it works if I don't use it? Pathetic

I had it for less than a year and it is the second one I have bought from the same company. One day it suddenly stopped working. The same thing happened with the previous one I had, I was satisfied with it as long as it was working, but why do they break so quickly? And in general, I took care of them as if they were new, I did not mistreat them.

A year and a half later, the water drips from the container and it doesn't produce steam. I would not buy a product from this specific company again. I regret the money I spent.. Terrible.

I gave so much money to buy a supposedly good quality straightener.. and it's garbage.. water is leaking from the compartment, resulting in me getting shocked three times. Now, as soon as I plug it in and turn it on, it shocks me directly. Useless.. such a waste of money, seriously stay away... the worst thing ever.. for throwing away..

After the first time the water tank emptied, the steam never worked again. I fill it up, no steam comes out, the tank doesn't empty. You're supposed to pay money to get something worthwhile and you have to run to the service center that keeps them for a month just to use the product you just paid for. I've put it in the cupboard. Really, it doesn't straighten at all, I didn't see any difference and it requires constant pressing, which tires the hand, and steam doesn't even come out, it doesn't straighten anything, not even worth the money, guys, you saw it!

I didn't see any significant difference... what I can't see is the steam, I can't tell if it produces it or not... unless it produces a minimal amount when you press the iron for a long time to straighten your hair, I don't know personally I was expecting something better, I mean the old regular straightener without steam from the same company, I can say that it was much better!!!

I can say that my hair stayed straight for 2 days.
The only thing I noticed and I don't know what's happening is that I used distilled water and it produces steam very few times, I have to press the plates 3 times in a row to make it work and then again the same.
I don't know why it does that.
Meanwhile, the instructions say to use tap water and not distilled.
Does distilled water cause any harm?

Foldable, sooo many hairs, a little below the shoulders, previously with highlights, now balayage. It does what it says. It is lightweight, easy to use, and the steam does not drip. I have used a steam pod at the hair salon and I believe it has nothing to envy. As with all straighteners, the application of a heat protectant is required, which improves the texture of the hair anyway. I got it on sale, along with the demeliss kera protein, for almost half the price of the steam pod.

I am very satisfied with the product as I have thick, frizzy hair that is prone to being curly. I can easily straighten it by setting the temperature to 185 or 200 degrees, and once I'm done, it is indeed soft and shiny as if I had it done at a salon! In cases of high humidity, it can't work miracles like any other product, but still, the straightening doesn't get ruined like with other straighteners I've had in the past. Under normal conditions, the straightening lasts until the next wash.
