This pressure cooker is part of the professional Sitram series designed to operate daily under professional conditions, lasting for many years. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, with a triple bottom, for energy savings and perfect cooking. It is compatible with all stovetops (gas, ceramic, induction, electric).

Triple Bottom

With a triple bottom (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) with high thermal conductivity, for energy savings and perfect cooking, making it ideal for all types of stoves.

Safety and Depressurization Systems

With 4 safety features for accident-free cooking: 

  • Safety valve
  • Gasket extrusion
  • Opening safety 
  • Closing safety, so it does not open under pressure

The cooker has a steam decompression system with a 2-position regulator.

Steaming Cooking

It features a silicone steam basket with 2 handles for easy lifting and prevention of tipping, as well as a 2-in-1 spoon. Use it to lift the steam basket thanks to the smart curved handle. Its curved handle prevents the spoon from coming into contact with the surface.
