Starting from different backgrounds, the paths of the famous pastry chef and the chef of the French Embassy in Greece met and from their very first meeting Stelios Parliaros and Jean-Marie Hoffmann understood how much they have in common. Two people with the same passion for what they do, the same enthusiasm for life, the same need to generate new ideas. This is how the idea of creating a book together emerged!

The book is addressed to Greeks who love French cuisine, to French people who want to discover Greek cooking, and to anyone who loves the culture of gastronomy. Stelios and Jean-Marie each created 30 impressive recipes that combine techniques and products from both countries. They went shopping together, chose ingredients, cooked, and plated the dishes.
