Very good, it saved us. I bought two, one for each child (twins). It's soft so it doesn't bother the child and food doesn't pass through, nor do stains. Especially the one who gets very dirty, it covers the whole front without getting dirty itself, and we can take out plenty of things from the front pocket. It doesn't cover much of the pants, so we put a towel underneath.

It's easy to clean. If they don't get very dirty, I clean them with a damp cloth. If they are greasy, I wash them by hand in a basin. They wash and rinse very easily.

Internally, they have yellowed a bit from turmeric that didn't come out in the wash, but without staining the children's clothes.

However, it needs to be washed every now and then because it absorbs food smells and it's annoying to wear it for breakfast smelling yesterday's food.

Also, while it is waterproof, if you wash it, it needs to dry, you can't just wipe it and be done. I hang them outside at night and they dry.
