The (+) features include a self-winding mechanism with a hacking sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown, and 20 bar water resistance.
The (-) drawbacks are that the bracelet makes a slight noise, the crown is a bit difficult to screw down, but the worst is the accuracy of the mechanism.
