Very powerful machine. Excellent, high-quality construction. I have made dough for bread and pizza several times so far (not even a 5-minute beating at medium speed, as if it's dough from a pizzeria!), of course now that I made tsoureki twice, the truth is that it struggled a bit, it got hot but it coped perfectly in the end. Okay, it's not a bakery dough mixer for mass production, it's an excellent quality home mixer.
The screen it has is for weighing, but also for timing. It's very convenient.
Now, as for the volume that I gave a negative review about, my kitchen is small and I have limited space, so it takes up quite a bit of volume. Okay, I knew what I was buying, it's not the mixer's fault.
I would say it's a very good choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent choice. Immortal 1200W motor (10-year warranty...). Very user-friendly machine with multiple capabilities. My wife is thrilled with the features it offers. The only complaint is that it only comes with 2 accessories in the package (if you pay attention to the details on the packaging foam, you will see that the manufacturer has provided spaces for other accessories, but in our country - only ??? - they are missing... and you have to buy the rest, which are not very cheap but are of excellent quality). Advice: Buy a glass jug (around 80€ cost for enthusiasts, there is also a much cheaper plastic one of course) from Greece, from the exceptional responsive dealership, somewhere in Argos (google it and you will find it... I won't give details to avoid being considered advertising) as the price is the same as abroad. It may be worth looking into the rest. Also, you need to make sure the stainless steel drum "clicks" because otherwise (for safety reasons of course) the device will not work. My wife (and I) fell for it because we thought it was broken, after just 1 month of use... I read the manual in detail and there was a note that drew attention to the sound of the "click" when placing the drum, and as soon as we did it correctly, it worked perfectly. German solidity and reliability. It is worth every penny, this kitchen machine
