It is a good receiver, it comes in a metal box, it has a clock and basic control buttons on the front panel, it picks up channels well like most receivers, it has a delay in response when turning it on and off but that's how it works, it is not a flaw, it does not have instructions or menus in Greek but there is an upgrade available at https://www.data-media.gr/files/URZ0336B.zip to have Greek menus.
As a media player, it is quite good, due to DOLBY DIGITAL it has the ability to play videos with sound that many other receivers play silently or not at all. It freezes with many MP4 format videos (although most of these videos from YouTube play well) while the same exact videos that froze in MP4 format play well when in MKV format (optionally made with AAC sound for good and bad). Forget about external srt subtitles. No such receiver plays them even though they all claim to, that's why they need to be permanently embedded in the videos when creating your matrices (MKV). USB sticks and hard drives must be formatted in NTFS because they freeze in FAT 32 just like all other receivers. It is best for videos to be under 3 GB in size, otherwise they may freeze.
For those who may not know, pay attention to the option from PAL to NTSC in the menu settings for smooth motion. When playing a video, press the INFO button and look at the box that shows the number of frames. 30 frames require NTSC selection, 25 PAL, and 24 if the TV is from after 2008 it will be compatible. In PAL selection (in Greece and Europe) it must be when playing TV channels for smooth motion. This applies to all digital receivers and TV BOX Media Players, although most of them have an option for automatic adjustment.
Overall, it has good media player capabilities for a digital decoder compared to others, but do not expect it to do everything that a pure TV BOX Media Player can do. It is a receiver for those who want something more than just picking up TV channels. That's what they all do.
