The measurements, although accurate, are completely useless because it measures pulses every 5 minutes and the app on your phone shows the minimum and maximum for each hour. Another downside is that you only have the option for automatic measurements for pulses and not for oxygen and stress. So I don't understand its usefulness. The other amazfit gts 2 that I have measures pulses per minute and the app shows the pulses for every 5 minutes at least and at most. Additionally, the amazfit also measures stress, oxygen, and breathing quality automatically throughout the day. The problem, therefore, is that they don't mention everything in the description, which is very important. I just wanted a band with a regular buckle, and that's why I bought it. Most bands have that clasp with a pin that can come off when you take off your shirt or if it gets caught on something, and in addition, these straps start to loosen over time and the band comes off your hand. That's why I bought this band for the strap, but it is disappointing in all other aspects. Do not buy it, find something else
