I got it with a doctor's prescription. As for the taste, it is unpleasant, like bran or something like that, so I mix it with breast milk and the baby has gotten used to it.... However, it is suitable for babies with cow's milk allergy (like mine), it dissolves very easily, and I also use it for making rice flour. I highly recommend it, as it does not cause constipation or any other side effects. I believe that it should be prescribed, though, both because of its price and because it is a medicinal product specifically for babies with allergies
