Description
Excerpt from the back cover of the book: "The tendency of some historians to use everyday terms without defining them precisely, such as dictatorship, populism, or liberalism...as well as the exclusive historiography of their analyses that leads them to underestimate the concepts and synthetic approaches resulted in the drafting of numerous histories of fascism that are simply analyses of the History of Italy or another European country between the World Wars."
For many years, I have been teaching fourth-year students in the History department of the University of Ottawa the fascist ideology that immigrated to the Third World. In order not to jeopardize my position, I had not used the controversial word in the title of the course, which was read as follows: "Ideological confrontations in the Third World: nationalism and socialism." For methodological reasons, I had also developed a model of thirteen points for determining fascist ideology in the West as well as in the Third World."
