  For its price, it is a very good hand cream. I deduct one star solely because if the hands are already irritated and stinging, then applying the cream makes them sting even more. It probably has something in its ingredients that does not help with soothing. So, if you want simple hydration, go for it. If you also have irritation, stinging, redness, choose something more specialized and medicinal, for sensitive skin that needs soothing and with more "pure" (perhaps) ingredients.
