Made in Turkey. Carefully packaged, each one is individually wrapped inside their box. Comparatively soft material and well-finished, it doesn't scratch. For a male face, it is too small and doesn't sit properly for a long time. The elastic band is between the layers (doesn't come off), but it doesn't hold the shape well and negatively affects the application. Good quality compared to others, but they don't do their job on my face.
