It didn't cause me any problem, but whether I take them or not, it's the same thing. They neither suppress appetite nor improved my digestion, nor anything.

I got it yesterday, the first day, and it was really the solution for my intestine. It worked from the second day, cleared my intestine, and I feel great today. It was recommended to me by a gastroenterologist, and I didn't believe the job it would do for me. No more packets that only caused bloating and pain. I highly recommend it. However, it requires a lot of water to work.

I started taking it for constipation. Specifically, I had problems with the mobility of my intestines after a treatment I had to do with multiple antibiotics.
I went to my gastroenterologist and he recommended psyllium capsules and probiotics. I started taking 3 psyllium capsules with 2 probiotic capsules (bifolac) per day at first. For two weeks and then gradually reduced them until I completely stopped taking them.
The problems were completely resolved (from the first week) and I highly recommend this combo.

P.S. Psyllium is a prebiotic, meaning it is the food for probiotics, so it makes sense to combine them. I recommend taking one or two capsules at night before bed.
P.S.2: Nothing replaces a balanced diet. Include vegetables and fruits in your diet.

I have been using it for 10 days. 2 capsules per day as recommended, away from meals.
Regarding the issue of bowel movements, without going into details, it does absolutely nothing!
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
As for the feeling of fullness and not feeling hungry, IT DOES NOT APPLY AT ALL!
I feel just as hungry, if not more.
Basically, I bought it for the issue of constipation, and as I was, I still am.
No help, no difference.

The main idea was to mix it with flaxseed and consume the mixture with a sufficient amount of water in order to promote intestinal mobility. However, the capsules are more practical for this issue, even though they are just plain psyllium husks without flaxseed. This, of course, does not negate the effectiveness of the product if used differently (possibly in a bar). It just didn't work out the way I thought it would.
