The two-volume work "The New Penal Code" is a systematic and in-depth interpretation of Law 4619/2019, oriented towards the practical needs of the practitioner (lawyer, judge, prosecutor, criminologist, etc.), without, however, lacking the theoretical deepening to the extent necessary for the emergence of the purpose of the provisions and the correctness of the proposed solutions. Volume 1 includes the interpretation of articles 1-234 and volume 2 includes the interpretation of the remaining articles 235-469. The work also includes extensive references - comparisons between the old and new Penal Code, which address the new regulations and serious issues of timeless law with the utmost clarity.
