  There is no Energy Saving Feature that creates a problem.   Tragic experience with this particular soundbar.
  After purchasing the excellent tcl 65c745, I decided to improve the sound by buying a soundbar from the same company, with the logic that they would work together better.
  I bought it during the Christmas days and connected it to the TV's eArc port. While it produced sound normally, the TV remote control for voice control did not work at all. No matter what I tried, it didn't work, even after upgrading to the latest version available on the website. Additionally, the Bluetooth never worked either.
  So, I returned it and since there was no other available piece, I waited for the holidays to pass to give it another chance.
  I must emphasize that the soundbar, in terms of appearance and sound quality overall, is value for money, and the lack of a separate subwoofer is not noticeable since the built-in woofers are very good.
  For this reason, I bought it again 10 days ago, thinking that the first one was defective.
  Unfortunately, the second one, although it connected and worked properly in all functions, had audio synchronization issues, changing from channel to channel.
  I returned it the next day. However, the service department considers that the device is working properly and finds no fault.
  So, to avoid burdening myself with a device that doesn't do its job properly, I got a partial refund and "gifted" them 15€ for a machine that worked for 1 hour and went back into its box, since the store does not accept the fault and requests a deduction to take it back.

  Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital, DTS surround sound 2.1 speakers with 260W rms and built-in adjustable subwoofers for only 138 euros? Let me tell you,
  It synchronizes perfectly with TCL TVs, as well as all other TV models.
  It only has a very slight delay in apps like YouTube, but it is almost imperceptible, and this only happens when you connect it with HDMI e-ARC, which you should know simply passes EVERYTHING through the soundbar, for example, Call of Duty, which supports Dolby Atmos, or a Dolby Atmos movie. For example, the rustling of leaves being blown by the wind on asphalt in a movie. Yes, it captures even that subtle sound! Guys, this soundbar is amazing. The built-in subwoofers have incredible power.
  The soundbar performs satisfactorily in gaming, but it truly shines in movies. It is definitely worth the purchase for the price. It outperforms much more expensive soundbars. I am very satisfied.
  EDIT:
  1) Download the upgrade file for the soundbar on a USB stick (formatted as FAT32). The file is called TS8111.zip and you can find it on the TCL website. With only the power connected to the socket before connecting it to the TV, insert the USB stick into the soundbar. Press the power button on the soundbar remote, select any input, and it will automatically upgrade. The word "UPG" will be displayed on the front panel, and it will disappear once the software update is complete. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.

  2) When connecting it with an HDMI cable (included in the packaging) via HDMI e-ARC from the TV to the HDMI ARC input of the soundbar, do not forget to enable the HDMI-CEC protocol from the TV settings. On some TVs, it may be labeled as HDMI LINK, HDMI ARC, DEVICE-Link, etc. in the settings of the 4K TV. Otherwise, the ARC connection will not be recognized by either the TV or the soundbar, and the sound will not be transmitted from the TV to the soundbar. You can usually find the activation option in the settings menu under Inputs/HDMI-CEC on/off (depending on the TV model). Set it to ON and you will have sound from HDMI ARC to the soundbar.

  Stay away. It has a stupid "power saving feature" where when there is no sound, the bar stops, and when the sound starts again, the bar takes 2-3 seconds to start again. It is incredibly annoying because you always miss the first part of dialogues after silence, or the beginning of the next song, etc. And the best part? This "feature" cannot be disabled as far as I have searched, and I also did not see it mentioned anywhere when I did market research for this specific product. Oh, also I was probably extra lucky because the bluetooth does not work on my bar either.
