The OLS1500ERT2UA UPS On-Line 1500VA 1350W with 8 IEC Power Plugs by CyberPower is a Rack UPS. It has 8 outlets of type IEC (such as those for computer power supplies) as well as an input and output for an ethernet cable and a telephone cable, protecting devices connected to it, such as a router or telephone (provided their power is connected to a UPS or surge protector). Its operation is (VFI) On-Line/Double Conversion which provides continuous power from the battery, protecting against voltage fluctuations and power outages. The battery can last for 15 minutes with half load or 5 minutes with full load (when the connected devices draw half or maximum current that the UPS can provide respectively). It provides pure sine wave power which is suitable for sensitive devices (e.g. medical equipment) and is preferred for devices with active PFC protection (e.g. computers).
