Comfortable for running
I am 1.75 meters tall and around 78 kilograms, I preferred the medium size.

Objectively:
I wear it either for the gym or for running under my shorts.
It is comfortable. I wouldn't say that it keeps me particularly warm because it is thin and I haven't tried it in very cold weather or for summer, I don't think it would increase the temperature much, better without leggings for summer.
However, it is worth noting that one time when I was putting it on quickly, I heard a crack when my foot got stuck in the ankle part, which means that it is not very resistant to stretching, etc. So be careful when putting it on and taking it off so that it doesn't tear.

Subjectively:
Although I wear Medium, I bought a large because leggings are always tight on me. It is a bit looser for leggings but it does the job, especially for those who have thicker thighs like me and don't want the leggings to be too tight. Otherwise, go for your regular size.
