The C91 Tero by HJC is a flip-up helmet, widely known as "flip-up" or "openable" as the front part of the helmet can be lifted. The helmet has American DOT safety certification, which ensures that the helmet is tested for drop, impact, and object penetration. It is pinlock ready, which means that there is the possibility of installing an additional accessory for the visor that helps to prevent fogging during the winter months. The anti-fog film is not included in the package. Additionally, it features a sun visor, which is an internal sunshade film, like glass, for protection from the sun.
