The taste is "something else" like chewing an aspirin. The first day I put it in tap water. Not too cold. It has become like pebbles, it needs very cold water from the fridge.

One of the best formulations, more digestible compared to the powdered one and relatively good price especially if someone compares it with other major brands.

Compared to other magnesium formulations, especially in effervescent form, this product has helped me much more with my muscle pain. The tablets are a bit large, but due to their shape and texture, they do not pose a difficulty in swallowing for me, even though I struggle with this issue when capsules are large in size.
